I’m a proud Bay Area native and have been working in real estate since 2008. In fact, I first got my license at the age of 21 to help my parents sell our childhood home in Saratoga (it was very bittersweet!). Since then, I have worked extensively throughout all parts of the Bay, helping my clients find their ideal neighborhood to call Home.

 

My business has been built almost entirely on referrals, which is the greatest compliment I could ask for. I’ve also bought and sold homes of my own, including investment properties, so I truly understand both the excitement and stress that can come with real estate.

 

Before joining Realty One Group, I worked in downtown San Francisco as a corporate real estate consultant with Jones Lang LaSalle, advising companies like Apple and Genentech. I also founded and owned a property management company before joining Realty ONE Group full-time.

 

Recently, I teamed up with my longtime colleague and friend Julie to form Homes by Julie & Christine team. After years of running our own successful real estate businesses, we realized how well our strengths complemented each other and decided to collaborate. Together, we bring not only years of experience and strong local knowledge, but also language fluency—I speak Mandarin, and Julie speaks Russian—allowing us to better serve a diverse range of clients. While I continue to provide personalized service to my individual clients, being part of a powerhouse team allows me to offer even greater support, resources, and insight at every stage of the transaction.

 

I’m a UC Berkeley grad (Go Bears!) where I met my husband, Michael. In 2013, we decided to establish roots in San Ramon, where we have been raising our very spunky and energetic daughter, Ella, and enjoying all that the Tri-Valley has to offer.
