Since 2008, I’ve had the joy of helping buyers and sellers across the Bay Area navigate one of life’s biggest decisions—where to call home. Real estate has always been more than just a career to me. It’s about people, stories, and building real connections that last far beyond the transaction.

Having moved around quite a bit before settling in the Bay Area in 1998, I truly understand the challenges—and excitement—that come with starting over. That perspective helps me support my clients through every step of the process, making sure they feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their decisions.
My passion for real estate extends beyond helping clients—I spent three years flipping homes with my husband throughout the Bay Area, gaining hands-on renovation experience and building strong connections with contractors and service providers.

Recently, I teamed up with my longtime colleague and friend Christine to form Homes by Julie & Christine team. After years of running our own successful real estate businesses, we realized how well our strengths complemented each other and decided to collaborate. Together, we bring not only years of experience and strong local knowledge, but also language fluency—I speak Russian, and Christine speaks Mandarin—allowing us to better serve a diverse range of clients. While I continue to provide personalized service to my individual clients, being part of a powerhouse team allows me to offer even greater support, resources, and insight at every stage of the transaction.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband Jas, our two children, Jennica and Mark, and our cat Gucci—whose TikTok fame brings daily laughs to followers and just a bit of boss energy to the household. My son Mark has been interning with me since 2024 and plans to officially join the team after high school while attending college, carrying on the family’s real estate passion.
