Christine and I recently toured Cava, DeNova Homes' brand-new enclave of 112 contemporary townhomes nestled in Livermore.
A Plan for Every Lifestyle:
Cava features seven distinct floor plans across three home types:
Row Townhomes: Five layouts ranging from 973 sq ft (1 bed) to 1,821 sq ft (3 bed) with up to 3 baths and 1–2 car garages. Pricing starts in the high-$600,000s.
Back‑to‑Back Townhomes: Two sophisticated options between 1,266–1,359 sq ft, featuring 2–3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a private deck, and attached garage. Pricing ranges from ~$700,000-$800,000.
Stacked Flats: Three plans ranging from 1,197–1,445 sq ft with 2–3 bedrooms, 2–2.5 baths, decks, and 1–2 car garages. Pricing starts from the low-$800,000's.
Tour Highlights:
Much of what caught our eye (and camera 📸) was the light-filled open concept kitchens with island counters — ideal for cooking together or entertaining friends. The finishes felt sleek and contemporary, with stylish fixtures and attention to detail.
The private decks are a lovely touch — imagine sipping your morning coffee or winding down with an evening glass of wine while soaking in the sunset glow.
Livermore Living at Its Best:
Cava’s location struck us as a real gem. It’s close to parks and trails for weekend hikes, downtown restaurants, Costco, Livermore outlets, and the city's budding wine country. Commuters also benefit from quick access to major routes.
