A Special Mother’s Day Weekend Open House

This past weekend, we had the pleasure of hosting a truly memorable open house at 11801 Dublin Green Drive in Dublin - and it just so happened to fall on Mother’s Day weekend!

We spent several weeks getting the house showing ready, so we were very excited for its debut! We welcomed potential buyers, and also a few friendly neighbors who stopped by to say hello and check out the property. 

One of the highlights for us was creating a fun and welcoming space for those who came to visit. We had a coloring station for kids with house-themed activity sheets and coloring pages, which was a big hit. One little visitor was starting to get cranky because it was past his nap time, but a coloring sheet and some crayons saved the day, hurray!

We also had a popcorn treat station with a fun label and QR code link to the property website, so guests could take something home to enjoy after their tour. 

And of course, since it was Mother’s Day, we had a sweet surprise of our own! Christine’s husband Michael and their daughter, Ella, stopped by the open house on Sunday with a beautiful bouquet of flowers. It was such a thoughtful moment that made the weekend even more special.
