Even though Halloween has passed, some moments are simply too special not to share—and sponsoring Dublin Elementary School’s Trunk or Treat was one of our highlights this year.

We were truly honored to be involved in this beloved school tradition. We were especially humbled to learn that we were the first real estate team—and one of the first local businesses ever—accepted to sponsor this event. Being welcomed into a school-centered celebration like this meant so much to us, and we’re incredibly grateful to the Dublin Elementary community for trusting us with such a special role.

A Night Full of Smiles (and a Little Wind!)

Kids arrived in the cutest costumes you could imagine—superheroes, princesses, animals, and everything in between. Their excitement was contagious, and it reminded us exactly why events like this are so important.

Despite some challenging weather (the wind definitely tried to test us!), our team didn’t give up. At one point, we weren’t sure if we’d even be able to set up our red carpet photo backdrop. That’s when teamwork—and creativity—came into play. Our kids jumped in with a brilliant idea: securely attaching the backdrop to the car. With a little problem‑solving and a lot of teamwork, we made it work and created a beautiful photo spot that families loved.

900 + Treats and Countless Memories

By the end of the evening, we had handed out over 900 goodies to happy trick‑or‑treaters. The laughter, excitement, and joy on the kids’ faces made every bit of planning worth it. Our husbands and kids were a huge help and ended up handing out most of the candy. Families stopped to chat, take photos, and simply enjoy being together—all in all it was a wonderful fun-filled night!

Grateful to Be Part of the Tradition

Trunk or Treat is more than just candy and costumes—it’s a tradition that brings families together and creates lasting memories. We feel so thankful to have been a part of it and to support a school that does such an incredible job fostering connection and school spirit.

To the Dublin Elementary staff, volunteers, PTA/PFC, families, and of course the kids—thank you for welcoming us and for making the night unforgettable. We’re proud to support our local schools and look forward to many more opportunities to give back to the community we love.

With gratitude,

Julie & Christine
